Hmmm… Realizing How AWARE You Truly Are!

How much time, effort, money and struggle have you invested trying to ‘fix’ you? Oh yeah, I’m supposed to be talking about me ;) Well… actually I AM talking about me. I used to be confused about all this stuff!

I spent MANY years and MANY tens of thousands of dollars on spiritual life coaches, my pursuit of changing limiting beliefs and spiritual transformations. I have invested in extensive learning and tons of modalities. And I have fantastic news - I have gained a TON of experience and insight – whew!

It’s my job to become increasingly CONSCIOUS and EXPANDED. I continue to develop awareness, gifts, talents and abilities. I use it all to facilitate consciousness and change in my life and for others. As I become more conscious, I facilitate with increasing ease and effectiveness and pass that on to you.

I have been facilitating consciousness professionally for over 15 years. And it gets more and more FUN! How awesome that I get to assist others! How does it get any better than that?

Consciousness facilitation and transformation coaching includes being a personal spiritual life coach, intuitive life coaching and holistic life coaching.

We can REALLY upgrade your awareness of all that! I’m guessing… like pretty much everyone, you are sucked into limiting beliefs that are actually 180 degrees from how the universe really works.

If you work on the same things over and over, hmmm… probably a lie in there somewhere! Are you up for changing limiting beliefs? OMG, I really LOVE this stuff.

A little insight and awareness goes a LONG way! I am SO GRATEFUL for all I am now aware of that I can share with you! ! And I learn SO MUCH from every person I work with 'cause, you’re an INFINITE BEING too!

Yes, the truth is, YOU are an infinite being and you are AWARE of EVERYTHING! Ha ha, that can be a little tricky though! ESPECIALLY when you are not consciously aware that you are aware! This is a BIG PROBLEM.

I think we should receive an owner’s manual for embodiment! Have you bought into ‘deep emotional healing’ or gotten lost in emotional healing therapy. These approaches are sustained by a lack of awareness that we ARE consciousness! All we need is to become aware of our consciousness and USE it!

It might sound confusing or like a bunch of cool yet unattainable ideas. Intellect doesn’t cut it, right?

We all know what it’s like to understand an idea and still be stuck. Changes need to be REAL. Well… I don’t know about you, but I value REAL AUTHENTIC change.

REAL change happens when we UNLOCK our energy and set it, and us free. Hey, I’ll give you one of the keys to the universe, ok?!

Judgment is what locks everything in place. If you work on transforming emotions and judgment is attached, it’s locked in. Nice idea to release judgment, right?

People get pretty confused about what is or is not judgment. OMG, there is so much we can do to TRULY free it all up!! I know 'cause… I’m talking about me again!

I speak from experience, freedom from judgment is freedom to BE! Ultimate freedom is NO JUDGMENTS or CONCLUSIONS about ANYTHING.

Transforming Emotions and Changing Limiting Beliefs

Hmmm… do you know EVERY judgment is a button people can push to control you? Yep, that’s right! And they will! Wow, SO MUCH to become aware of.

That’s what we do when we work together! We become consciously AWARE, and we free up tons of stuff - YAY! Transformation coaching is all about CHANGING STUFF!

I am here to empower you to be the amazing ALL OF YOU that you ARE! Ooooo, I wonder what’s possible : ) Well… how about this.

As you clean up your own consciousness it frees up a bunch of other people too! How wonderful is that?!

As a Consciousness Facilitator and Transformation Coach: I use my talents, abilities and LOTS of experience to tap into VAST realms of consciousness. I assist others to become aware of ALL KINDS OF THINGS that hang us up! Ahh… but the BEST PART is that we SHIFT it ALL!

Things like… thought forms, implants, entanglements, hidden agendas, vows, entities, beliefs, multiple pathways, sneaky ingenious unconscious strategies – wow, all that stuff that gets us in trouble. And sooooo much more!

We get to discover new things every day! EVERY TIME it’s a different experience because YOU evolve to a new place! True spiritual transformations occur as we become more conscious!

I have always had natural intuitive talents and abilities. For example, I have always been SUPER tapped in and aware of other people's thoughts and feelings. It is also REALLY easy for me to perceive and manipulate energy.

My natural talents and abilities have been tremendous assets, yet for many years I was using them without conscious awareness so they were way more than enough to get me in trouble.

Fortunately – and with DEEP GRATITUDE - I am now much more aware. I experience and enjoy my talents and abilities as FUN and AMAZING! I truly LOVE to facilitate others to become more aware and conscious of their talents and abilities too, since EVERYONE has AMAZING talents and abilities. I have facilitated and coached thousands of individuals and it is one of my favorite things to do!

I am very grateful for all of these awesome leaders, and also those who have contributed techniques, books and so much more that I have benefited from that are not listed.

The techniques and information that I have learned, practiced and in many cases embodied, have been a HUGE contribution to bringing me toward where I am in this moment and... OMG, what else is possible!
